New displaying behavior of presentation nav bar can be annoying

With the latest release, the presentation's navigation bar behavior has been intentionally changed. It is now easier to access the bar because it is immediately shown by just moving the mouse cursor. But this also means that the bar is opened without the users intention. Since a single pixel movement is enough as a trigger, the bar can also open without any user interaction (e.g. dust on the surface, cable tension).

Possible solutions

• Require multiple events or a certain travel distance before opening
• Reduce the delay before hiding the bar
