Allow reordering of options

A creator might want to present answer options of a content in a specific order. If they initially forget an option, they can only add it at the end. To change the order, they have to remove and readd the existing options.

It should be possible to reorder options not only for sort contents.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
