Allow sorting to specify ascending or descending order

In each of the model pages, the order in which the model instances are sorted is already pre-determined. Change that behavior so that for any feature model instances are sorted on, the user can specify ascending or descending order. Add another button next to the sorting button that has a drop-down for the ascending or descending options. This task is estimated to take about 30 minutes.
