Version 1.0.0 I've bumped the major version since I've removed the Gnome settings variable and changed the role behavior to always apply settings. In this version I've also fixed the Gnome switcher extension settings, which were not working as expected (more info in the commit message for the fix). Still on the topic of extensions, I've added a task to enable them, since the default on both OS is to install but leave them disabled. Lastly, the old Molecule setup that tested both OS (Arch Linux and Ubuntu) was removed in favor of using env vars. I'm using this to enable parallel testing on GitLab automated workflows. The env var change is also described on README.md
