Put the filename in the metadata menu.

If a media has a title value in album.ini, the filename could be placed into the bottom metadata menu. There is no need to have both the title and filename in the window title always displayed.

In this example, displaying to the user only "Un bello rosso" is enough.

The same situation occurs in album content view:

With the filename always available in the metadata, the user could find the name of the media file.
