Update sharing icons

Google+ does not exist any more: we must remove it from the default sharing icons.

Replace it with today platforms:

• Whatsapp
• If Instagram were supported, it should be visible.
• Pinterest if we can't have Instagram.
• Tiktok too...

Unfortunately SocialKit is not updated with these trending social platforms.
