Weblate registration problems

Hi, I would like help translating panoramax to Traditional Chinese, the language code is 'zh_Hant' or 'zh_TW' I have tried few times, but didn't receive the registration confirm e-mail.

I tried the weblate built-in contact: https://weblate.panoramax.xyz/contact but it replied: 'Could not send message to administrator.'

anyone can help?
