Make a picture's selection more obvious

While in a /sequence/ page, when a picture is active,...

Currently

... a blue layout + the geovisio icon is displayed

Expected

To make it more obvious, I suggest to

1. smaller the thumbnail
2. highlight it with a bigger framing
