Sticky selection text

While in a /sequence/ page, when a user scrolls the pictures thumbnails...

Currently

... the selection line (including the "hide" and "delete" buttons) disappear. image

Expected

...the selection line should be sticked at the top of the screen. image

All other elements should NOT stick: image

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
