Website footer Resources add Weblate

On https://panoramax.fr/ is it possible to add https://weblate.panoramax.xyz/ to Resources, like Contribute on GitLab?

Is it also possible to change the text "Contribute on Gitlab" to "Contribute on GitLab"? The L in GitLab is in capital.
