Accept the ToS screen
Make the user accept the new ToS that will be on the page /end-user-license-agreement.
This step is mandatory.
OSM instance
On the OSM instance (or any other with externally managed authentication), when the user is connected for the first time and comes back on the Panoramax instance, a new popup should be displayed asking the user to accept the Tos, like that:
When the checkbox is ticked:
If not accepted, the account should NOT be created or activated.
