Semantic definitions

Now that we have a way to add semantics to sequences / pictures / part of pictures (#199 (closed)), we need to define how we fill those key/values, and if/how we should restrict them.

There has already been some discussions on the french forum (and the global discussion about semantics, with some part in french).
