Longitude swapped west/east

I'm not sure if this is a bug in MapComplete or Panoramax, so I'm reporting it to both projects.

I uploaded a photo today through MapComplete, and its west longitude was misread as east longitude, placing it on the map in China, and not in California where the storefront is located. I've triple-checked that the data is marked as west in my original.

The time stamps are off too.

Other photos I've uploaded through MapComplete have the correct locations in Panoramax, but they're either

• old enough to have been imported from imgur, or
• didn't have GPS attached, so presumably MapComplete was attaching the coordinates of the POIs or ways.

I've reported the specific image at https://panoramax.mapcomplete.org/ as being placed incorrectly on the map, and clearly something in either MapComplete or Panoramax misinterpreted the Exif data when I uploaded it.
