Too many duplicate files detected in a sequence

I did a trip from Saint-Julien-du-Verdon and Castellane (https://osm.li/ZCZ)
on 865 pictures taken, 695 are detected as duplicates

it gives the sequence https://panoramax.openstreetmap.fr/sequence/13f5fbfc-60f4-4391-83c1-4f5243d0bf1c#7/-84.74/180

I passed also --duplicate-distance 0 but it changed nothing.

Is it a bug or should I pass other argument.
