[Feature Request] Privacy Zones

A feature that I would find helpful is the ability to ignore images around a specific location. I see three potential solutions to this:

1. Hide the start and end points of sequences that happen around a specific latitude and longitude, within a circle of radius X.
2. Hide the start and end points of sequences, no matter where they happen, within a circle of radius X.
3. Hide all points of sequences that happen around a specific latitude and longitude, within a circle of radius X.

In my opinion, the best solution is option 1 since it has the following benefits:

• It won't ignore start/end points for sequences in areas that you are visiting and likely don't care about privacy for.
• It avoids the problem of ignoring all points of a small sequence.
• It avoids the problem of a "bubble" around your residence if you pass it while recording, which results in a loss of privacy.

Benefits:

• For images recorded from a dash camera, users will no longer need to manually review all images before uploading, which is cumbersome and a potential barrier to using dash camera imagery.
• Maintain privacy of uploaders.
