Documentation still refers to Docker Hub image

!3 (merged) and !4 (merged) got in each other's way in such a way that the changes in !4 (merged) introduced new references to the paddyhack/nikola image on the Docker Hub whereas !3 (merged) tried to get rid of those.

I'll have a go at fixing that.
