Links to generated posts are all broken

http://pages.gitlab.io/hugo/ links to, for example, http://pages.gitlab.io/hugo/hugo/posts/newest/, which is broken. It should be http://pages.gitlab.io/hugo/posts/newest/.

This template is virtually useless for project pages until this is fixed.

For some reason this works when you use hugo serve
