dpkg-divert defaults will change

Building beowulf, I encountered the pretty self-explanatory warning message:

+ /usr/local/bin/tweak-init-policy
dpkg-divert: warning: please specify --no-rename explicitly, the default will change to --rename in 1.20.x

I guess it cannot hurt to add it to the building script in a forward-compatible fashion, even if the current base release is ascii.
