Try to install the resources for odrivetool_UI

Hello, i try to install the necessarily files for using odrivetool_UI on linux mint 20. If i pip the requirements i have several errors.

pkg-resources==0.0.0 PyQt5==5.12 PyQt5-sip==4.19.14

is there any solution to fix this.
