    Change from "GPL v3 or later" to "GPL v2 or later" · 425d8c09

    This makes it compatible with "GPL v2 only" projects, and I think GPL v2
is more "pure" than GPL v3, as it only deals with source code
availability instead of restricting how people implement it.
