Pasa: Minor UI improvements to FarmOS Dropdowns

Serena requested some small changes to the UI of the FarmOS dropdowns for better visibility to users. One of the issues to be addressed is that users are still quite focused on fields (not plantings) so she would like to make it more obvious when they select a Field (even if they are also selecting Plantings).
