Not all FarmOS instances showing up on super-admin portal

Task I am trying to complete: Use the FarmOS Super Admin features in SurveyStack to calculate the number of instances mapped to each group (so that I can bill each group appropriately).

For Pasa, the process works correctly. I go to the Groups tab and select Pasa (/pasa/) from the dropdown list of groups. I get the number of instances and a list of them all:

However, when I follow the same process to view OpenTEAM's instances, I only see the gray screen (below)
