Release 1.20 addresses the LED heating issue identified by Dan Kane and UCross crew, incorporating locations to save heat calibration information in EEPROM, heat calibration itself (4th order polynomial), and updates the data_type object so that 0 - 2 will use heat calibration by default (>3 will not).

Firmware release v1.19.  Used for beta versions of Reflectometer devices (Quick Carbon and Bionutrient Meter) starting in spring 2018.  Includes auto-output of normalized values for cross-device comparability tracked back to master device/card and associated saved values in EEPROM.
