Support declaration of custom "template instance views". The purpose of such views are to allow "ordinary" RDF to be used as template instances and serve the purpose of, e.g., lifting simple RDF shapes into richer ontology structures. The view can be thought of as a query whose results are template instances of a specified template, i.e., similar to m-statements.
Example: The following could be template view:
?a :point [ :lat ?lat; :long ?long ]
which could represent the template instance
Point(a, lat, long)
