Stranded characters/dialogs that should be removed
@MCMic has fixed a couple of those already which were causing segfaults, and I noticed a few others which I will list here. They are quite tricky to remove due to #93 - a text-based file format should make it much easier to identify such cases and maybe fix them manually.
Occurrences we noticed:
sventemple2: when you leave the temple area past the big door, you will find an invisible April from the Lugaru campaign, which triggers the corresponding dialog
svenredbwafter: there is an invisible player 1 and corresponding dialog 0, leftovers from the Lugaru campaign
