"dial and callback" / "connect me" service via SMS/MMS/XMPP messaging

It would be nice tp be able to just send a vcard from your phonebook to callback-bot, and have the bot call that number and ring back. ‎That would actually allow the user to use the callback feature even from a dumbphone without XMPP, by MMS-ing a vcard (or other form of extracted number) from an addressbook to the JMP callback-bot. ‎And for numbers not in your addressbook, you just send an SMS to the bot with the number you want to call spelled out. The "inbound" call-back from the bot should of course have the number sent to the bot in the caller-ID info, so as to DTRT WRT the user's call history (to the extent possible--the direction of the call would of course be inverted, but at least the number should be correct).
