[Local Chapter Application] UMBRAOSM for Brazil
Ticket to track UMBRAOSM's application to become an OSMF local chapter.
Below I have put information for the application and I also,
- Created the LC application page on the OSMF website.
- Updated the LC applications' list on the OSMF website.
- Updated the list of unaffiliated local groups on the OSM wiki.
Please note that they haven't sent all the documents and information required.
Timeline so far

| 2024-03-03 to 2024-03-28 | Communications between Raphael de Assis Jacinto e Silva, Arnalie Vicario/LCCWG and Dorothea Kazazi regarding the requirements for a Local Chapter application. |
| 2024-03-28 | @arnalie_osmf, @DW2515 and the LCCWG received some supporting documents and information by Raphael de Assis. |
| 2024-03-29 | Arnalie asked the LCCWG who would like to review the application. |
| 2024-03-29 | Dorothea created the application page on the OSMF website, the GitLab ticket and updated the applications' list on the OSMF website, as well as the list of unaffiliated local groups on the OSM wiki. |
