The bug locks your character into attacking a targeted monster once before letting you control movement again. Attempts to walk away from the monster are pretty much ignored. Clicking to walk away works for a split second, but then your character turns around and tries to walk back to the monster. Repeated clicking just results in your character making a zigzag pattern back and forth.
How to reproduce
I'm not 100% on this, but it seems to happen a lot when using a ranged weapon and your path to the monster is blocked by a corner or some other obstacle. It happens a lot to me when fighting Stings around stairs. Clicking to attack, while not being able to walk in a straight line to the monster, then clicking to walk away seems to trigger it somewhat often. Your character then gets stuck in the bug and has to perform the attack before you can walk properly again.
I assume there's some problem with the walk/target code that helps your character path to the monster to walk around corner etc. I hope it can be reproduced and fixed, because it's killing me... literally.
