Unable to Log in using Launcher

I've been playing OriginRo without any issues for a week. However, since past 1 day or so I was unable to log in to the game. Upon attempting to log in via the game launcher, the message "Please wait, fetching patch info from server" appears shortly, after which it sends me back to the default launcher page. But it wont log me in like it was previously.
I have no issues logging into the forums or the Control panel.
I am using a windows 7 Operating system. Below is the list of things I have done to troubleshoot the issue:
- Redownloaded the client
- Restarted my PC
- Restarted my internet
- Ran it in the administrator mode
- Ran it on my other Windows 7 laptop
- Changed the internet connection to my other line
None of the above seem to work. Exact same issue on both my laptops. Both are running windows 7 OS. Both could run it perfectly like 2 days ago. So now I'm thinking is this due to a region ban or ISP/IP ban or something? (I'm from South East Asia)
I've uploaded some screenshots as well incase my explanation of the issue was a little confusing (sorry)
Please let me know if any further information is required.
**Update:**Just confirmed this may be due to my IP/ISP being banned for some reason. Upon using VPN programs like Hotspot Shield, I have no problem connecting or logging in anymore. Please let me know why my IP or possibly my ISP/Region may have been banned?
