Seasonal Updates and Map Changes

Description

Is it possible for us to have seasonal updates to our maps and have small themed-events during said period? I was going through some of the modified town maps on the Midgard Community Download Page and found so many incredible screenshots of people having worked crazy hard to redesign towns/maps depending on the season of the year. And with Halloween/Christmas coming up, it would be nice for us to have a spooky/snowy Prontera at least.

Rationale

Break the monotony. Let's bring in seasonal changes much like the tiny events you guys used to host a couple of years ago, I reckon. I wasn't there but those of them who were, speak fondly of those times.

Additional Information

Quests for these seasonal events can include handing out appropriate headgear (costumes will do just fine) and spawning of certain mobs. I mean, you guys have the Santa Goblins all year round, why not introduce more such mobs during certain seasons only. It'll make the game a whole lot more colourful and shows the depth of mobs/items RO has at its disposal.
