From what i can tell, it also affects the ASPD portion just fine too, however the movement speed part is still messed up:
Eska increases the movement speed of Poring, Orc Zombie; does zero change to Orc Lady, Orc Warrior; seems to slow down High Orc. I didn't test it any more extensively, but it seems to be all over the place. I made a short demonstration:

Sadly, i can't remember whether or not Eska worked as advertised ([iROwiki](https://irowiki.org/classic/Eska)) on iRO, but rAthenas fix/take on seems to be the most convincing (read https://gitlab.com/originsro/originsro/-/issues/1884#note_305479127):

Making all gospel buffs visible with an icon (and timer) would make it easier to utilise this spell.

Reason 1: WoE gets more expensive with every patch, with no rewards to justify the efforts which are already a lot more and more people will quit WoE.
Reason 2: The current balance of WoE GVGs is good, guilds come to agreements in order to have balanced fights such as having similar numbers and so on, in such a scenario stat foods will only mess with that balance.
