[Soul Linker] Eska does not slow movement or stop skill usage
The current implementation of Soul Linker's Eska skill does not slow monster movement or stop them from using skills.
Eska currently only sets the monster's mdef/def to 90 hard mdef, and inconsistently sets hard def to a random number between 0 to 100. It also appears to be reducing aspd by 25%.
Eska should grant a monster the steel body effect, setting both hard mdef and def at 90, slowing movement, slowing aspd, and preventing the use of skills.
