PDF: All cross references are external links

In a generated PDF, except for the links in the table of contents, all links between wiki pages are external links pointing to the original wiki, even if the target wiki pages are included in the PDF. This is unsuitable for a PDF that you have just created for offline use. Is there an option for this or does the function not exist at all?
