Support importing of array formulas without recalculation

This is a follow-up to #105 (closed).

We should also support loading of documents containing array formulas, without the need for re-calculation.

Load the attached xlsx file by orcus-xlsx -f flat -o out array-mult.xlsx and see how it deadlocks.
