Feature Request: Highlight Noted Cells in Other Color

Motivation

I am not fond of the "Highlight Equal Values Only" option, as it makes the grid difficult to parse, but I miss notes often with the "Highlight Full Cell" setting

Proposal

1. "Highlight Full Cell" mode should use the "Pencil Mark Background" color instead of the Filled Background
2. Optionally, this can be a toggle such that the highlight mode setting would read:
   • Highlight Equal Values Only
   • Highlight Full Cell with Note Color
   • Highlight Full Cell with Fill Color
   • Disabled
