Boosting of academic terms should be done dynamically

Description

The backend provides mechanisms to boost relevant data using the Elasticsearch function score query. The boosting functions have to be configured manually by the universities.

The recent academic terms should be boosted automatically as far as that is possible. Maybe the university could configure, when the new academic term starts for their university and the backend could boost it automatically
