Change login buttons functions when logged in

What needs to be changed?

When logged in, buttons are not changed at all and the user can think that he is not logged in.

Which changes are necessary?

The login buttons need to change function (e.g. link to a functionality like library account page or show logout and perform logout on click)

Do the proposed changes impact current use cases?
