Update to latest ionic

What needs to be changed?

Upgrade to the latest "ionic angular" 5.x.x from current version 4.x.x.

How is the current state not sufficient?

Low version of typescript that could be used at the moment (cause of current angular version), outdated frameworks - ionic and angular.

Which changes are necessary?

Upgrade following the guide https://ionicframework.com/docs/reference/migration (which contains fixing breaking changes between the releases).

Edit: need to update angular using https://update.angular.io/?l=3&v=7.0-10.0
