What needs to be changed?

Date series needs to have place (e.g. room) included.

How is the current state not sufficient?

Students don't have information of a place where an event (date) is taking place.

Which changes are necessary?

Place needs to be added to the modal, where the date series are added.

Do the proposed changes impact current use cases?

No.
