"Openaccess" should always provide URL without proxy

Summary

In some situations the current logic is not enough, and it can happen that in DAIA available list (for a resource) we have both presentation and openaccess. In these cases the resource URL should be provided without proxy prefix.

What is the current bug behavior?

The resource is provided with proxy prefix

What is the expected correct behavior?

The resource should be provided without the proxy prefix

Possible fixes

The openaccess should be persisted for the link (resource URL) generation
