Wilderness: Ranged does not give experience

Range another player in the wilderness. It does not give EXP (I specifically tested with a crossbow, not sure about longbow/shortbow). Ranging another player with ANY ranged weapon should give EXP for every projectile that hits more than 0.

As far as how much EXP based on damage, I never really understood, but at https://youtu.be/1xBLQmSfFKk?t=151 (2:31) I hit a 14 with ranged and got 18.75 exp. There are more examples in that video that may help.

By the way... I don't have 99 ranged on ORSC but was wondering if you guys could check the max hit with ranged? It should be 19 max with 99 range, full range pot and rune arrows. I have official server video evidence of this (kinda) which I can provide.
