Rename NPB to KNKF-SP

The IPF affiliate of the Netherlands, NPB (Nederlandse Powerlifting Bond), is called KNKF-SP (Koninklijke Krachtsport en Fitnessbond - Sectie Powerliften) since January 1st, 2014.

The KNKF changed from an umbrella organization to a federation. All strength sports had to become sections of that federation. As result, the NPB no longer exists and is a section of the KNKF now.
