Add WUAP-AUT Nationals 2024

Hi!

Please add the results of the WUAP-AUT National championships. I'm attaching the results as an Excel - I would have exported them as CSV but due to the language settings on my computer, it won't be compatible with english-language CSV (German computers use semicolon as the separating character instead of comma, as we use a comma as the period point symbol)
