Consider rounding pounds display to nearest 0.25 instead of nearest 0.1

Although reporting 2099.9 is technically correct, it would likely better meet expectations if we rounded to the nearest 0.25lbs. Someone pointed out that that's an option -- I hadn't thought of it.
0.25lbs rounding (for display) is roughly the same as 0.1kg rounding (for display), so I think it's fully internally-consistent. We'd still only show the tenths place though -- so I guess it would be .0
, .3
, .5
, and .8
.
@photon_rain, does that sound OK?
The noticeable changes would be that the 699.9
deadlift becomes 700
, and James Strickland's 2099.9
becomes 2100
.
