form populates wrongly if you select a test whilst on the json tab

Seen on current production server:

1. Login
2. Switch to 'json' tab
3. Select 'OB: code id_token (private key authentication with MATLS)
4. Switch to 'form' tab

Expect result:

See form with headers for the various sections like 'Second Client', 'TLS certificates for client', etc

Actual result:

Form headers are missing and there's nothing to say which fields are for the second client.
