Support new Brazil security profile with less optionality

Brazil OpenFinance have a new security profile with a lot of the optionality removed and some other changes.

We need to upgrade the tests to support the new profile.

We don't need to continue to support the old OpenFinance profile. It's not yet clear when OpenInsurance will move to the new profile though, so we need to leave the OpenInsurance profile as is for now.
