New Brazil security profile

Brazil have a new security profile, we need to update the FAPI1Adv Brazil OF tests, for both RP & OP.

This profile can replace the existing OpenBanking Brazil profile. Participants will still need to certify for the security profile & DCR. We should probably create a new table on the certification page with just these two columns.

Key dates:

1. The deadline for implementation of the new security profile by ecosystem participants starts on 08/16/2023 and will end on 01/02/2024;
2. The development of security tests and certifications for OpenID Providers and Relying Parties will take place between 08/16/2023 and 09/26/2023;
3. All tests of the new security profile must be successfully executed between 01/03/2024 and 01/30/2024;
4. Submissions of safety certification requests to the OIDF must be carried out by 01/30/2024;
5. OIDF will issue safety certifications between 01/31/2024 and 03/26/2024 (but submissions can be optionally made from 09/27/2023);
6. Participants must carry out the Dynamic Client Management (DCM) process to adapt clients between 03/27/2024 and 05/21/2024.

I'm not sure if there's a list of the changes in the new profile.

Brazil OpenInsurance will adopt the same security profile, but is following a different timeline - they profile will needed to be updated in the same way in a few months.
