FE: geoweb core check add tests geoweb webmap wmjsmap ts part 5

When enabling the // @ts-nocheck comment 149 are left (started from 1000+). Eslint has also some rules to fix, but they are finite now, so the end is in sight.

For next tickets I would suggest fix the TS first, and in seperate MR the ESlint (this can also be splitted of course per bundle of some rules if needed).
