FE: turn linting rule no-underscore-dangle off in opengeoweb

in .eslintrc disable rule no-underscore-dangle: it's currently turned off in geoweb-core, but this will give linting errors in opengeoweb.

We need to turn this rule off in opengeoweb as well.
