Draft: Extended range of motion

Modify microscope parameters to increase height leading to greater range of motion. This involves changing the z_sample height and xy_lever_ratio.

Things to do before merging:

  • Figure out why the hash is being shifted.
  • Make it so that it is an option rather than hard coded.
  • Setup for RMS optics rather than just low-cost optics.
  • Fix collision issue with the allen key hole. Something from the z gear housing is in the gap.
